So that's gonna be either at or even below the other sales here.

In general, when your third sale is so far off the other sales (50 to 79 is over 3x as much as 42 to 50), it is very likely that its an outlier. In this case the new sale solidifies that. This would end up 42-50 or 50 flat

i think we can go with 50 keys flat due some buyers at 40 keys.
