33 keys is the current price for the max head. I just bought one for 33 keys too.
Buyers at 32.82 now, and gladiator.tf shows 7 buys in the past 24 hours at 33 flat, and a few more at slightly below. Sales at 33 to nearly 34, and 1 at 35 (probably painted). 32 seems low now.
This all seems a bit silly to me. If I were the mods I'd have just accepted this suggestion while it was still valid, it's a lot better than the current price...but I don't make the rules, and now 33-34 seems better.
