180 looks like a clear outlier here with there being a 2 month unsold at that price and the two lower sales that are closer to 120 than 180 is to 120. also, there is only there are only a couple of buyers above 91 now. 90 - 120 is probably more suitable here

Taking 90 – 120, I suppose my sale was lucky :D
