Thanks for pointing out I didn't notice the gap between the 11 and 11.77 Ref trades.

Obviously a lot of trades far higher than more recent trades. But plenty of trades around 11 - 12.88 Ref

11.77 - 12.88 Ref seems like a solid range. Thanks lemons for catching my mistake and the additional proof. lemons also mentioned that 12.88 might be a bit high, so we'll see. Any suggestions or comments are welcome.
