Thought it sold for 144k - but quite a lot of keys dont match the owners. Buyers inventory shows 59k but even some of those dont match.

in order, the sales went from 110 -> 97~ -> 74

given that it kept being dumped for less, the higher sales shouldn't be used here and it would be better to just go off the latest sale so 74 flat will work for this
