You need to get into the habit of checking what items were valued at, at the time of the trade:

It's a matter of using gladiator snapshots on items and then ctrl + f with the date to find the market value closer to the time of the trade.

For the CAPPER, market was ~5.5 keys, so your maths checks out.

The Tossle was accepted at ~143, so the Bonk Helm went from 144 to 89. Best to close this and wait for more sales.
