Thinking about it, I should have probably included 23 here despite the fact they were buy order dumps since it was 2 at 23 vs 1 at 28. However now we have an outlier sale at 39 and a new sale at 27 I'm inclined to go 27-28 here with outliers on each side (sales at 23, 23, 27, 28, 39 for reference)
