      Okay, the buyout being 205 supports excluding the 243 sale, since 170 is full pure I feel slightly inclined to include it in the range, especially as it's not that far from 187. I will leave this up and see what a moderator says, thanks for additional info and congrats on the purchase. If you do sell this soon I would love to know :D

        I'm wondering if buyout matters if his intent was to quicksell. I'm also thinking 187 is low if it sold for 243 later that same day, plus looking at the next sale, a 1:1 for a time warp modest definitely supports the high end

      Hey again, thanks for the additional info, I'll leave this open and see what a mod says, however, I may start looking into the Crone's incase it's needed. It'll likely be a pain so it won't be ready for a few days.
