Hmm, it's weird that someone would pay 40 only to resell for 37 keys, I imagine Valpip sold it to Erik for ~35 as well, maybe a bit higher.

in that case we have:
35, 40, 50, 60, 99
idk, 50 - 60 seems fine, cut off the edges
Given how widespread the sales are and due to the nature of the occurred sales I would still simply leave this unpriced until the market settles.
Alright, i'm not remotely happy about this given that erik sold one for 60 keys, not on marketplace, and the 99 key sale is clearly an outlier, as well as the fact 40 was a forced sale via whitelist.
But I'll close. Clearly, the markets are correlated and are making a mess out of suggestions
