Hmmmm, tough call here, given how it consistently kept selling for less, I'm much more inclined to range with the lower sales than include the 55 pure sale.

I suppose common trading point is 48 keys, and 46 - 53 keys has a mean of 49.5 keys.

Going with 46 - 48 keys for the moment, I think given that the 53 key purchase resold for less and 48 is a common trading point, then 46 - 48 keys is fine as a conservative raise here.
