Everything else I can find was either a clean history unbox or a complicated trade that included other items
There's also a $79.99/$2.01 = 38k Past sale in April 25 on marketplace.tf but that's unusable.

It means that I was taking 21 keys flat based on the SALES not the seller and buy orders.
Where is/are your sale/s at 21?
I took 21 because 23 and 20 looks like it could use the median of 22.5 which I used to make into 21 because my last suggestion showed that making it higher than sell orders is wrong

22.5 =/= 21
They told to NOT get the median if you have 3 or more sales included because it kinda ruins the point of getting it since you have different kinds of numbers ranging from 21 - 39 and that makes the Median of it above the sell and buy orders. Let's just finish this. What do you want to happen?
you dont get the median period. if theres 1 sale you make it that, if theres 2 or more its a 2 value range.
as already mentioned by other users, if you have multiple valid sales you shouldn't average the sales together and give this a flat value but rather make a low and a high-end to give this a range instead
