Well I tried to look into the histories of each account.

First link: https://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198239172686#!/compare/1617494400/1617580800 you can't really get anything specific from this. Like, no pure, no item for item even.

Second link: I actually contacted the trader. He said he's selling the item for a friend of his like a "middle man". If you look at the comparison https://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198075991823#!/compare/1621123200/1621209600 there is also nothing clear and distinct.
