do you really think this would pass with that big of a range

and what range is legitimate? aren't prices based off sales?

Pretty sure that's not how it works. You could include sales from the previous suggestion but this 200 pure sale seems like a pretty huge outlier.

Gathering evidence is a rule there so just including the 66 with no explanation isn't really helpful.

I added everything that was already gathered. There's a link to the previous price suggestion. The previous suggestion was fairly recent, so I thought it was fair game to keep it as it is

idk , I'm just a bit weary to this since its a large range increase and this was already repriced recently.

Range is way too wide here, the high end is triple the low end. you'll need to close this and wait for more sales since not much other than that 200 sale is supporting it. 4 sales in the 66-94 key range and 1 at 200 definitely indicates that 200 is the outlier
