That's asking to disregard A LOT of valid cash sales. Compared to the 12 available on the classifieds at 1.5 keys, you can see the top end is heavily weighted towards 1.6 keys
Looking over the data again and adding in the marketplace.tf data, seems like the range should be 1.35-1.6 keys. Unless data should be purposefully weighted away from cash sales?
Generally yes. If item sales are readily available, then scm or marketplace sales are less important. Lowend may be a little low now, but there's a decent amount of sales at 1.3. This should be fine for now
