I can confirm that I did buy this hat for 99 keys, and think 100 keys is spot on for the price.

Message me if I should post screen shot of trade.

It has traded over 4 times at ~100, unsure why it hasn't passed.

It has had unlucky, but valid reasons each time for not passing and i dont think a screenshot is needed, as rounding is fine anyway!
