I'm not very good at suggestions. I might be completely wrong in saying this, and if that is the case, my bad!

BUT

Given the current price of keys (£1.58), buy orders on the SCM (£95.17) are higher than this. Works out to be a tad over 60 keys.

Also, might be completely irrelevant, but weirdly, it wasn't advertised as strange on STN, dunno if that makes a difference.

Like I said, not very good at this. Not trying to discredit you in any way, just saying in case it matters.

The current state of things doesn't really apply to past sales, unless buyers are massively higher than the sales procured. Even with SCM, you use the mean key value on the day of the sale to find the price for the item, not the current key value. Typically people compare current buy orders on backpack.tf rather than SCM, but I can see your point buy orders for strange Lil' Bitey are at 132 USD/2.21 USD(key) is about 59.7 keys.
