I wanted a painted item so that I would be able to get it priced. There's precedent that if the buyer finds more value in a painted item, then it's valid. I specifically remember a price moderator saying this in one of Offline's painted weapon price recommendations. I will close this for now, because it'll take me a bit of time to locate which post that was. Since that person has made ... a few ... price recommendations.
