2)In general, you would include all sales within a given time period, the more recent the better, as they are more accurately able to reflect the current value of an item. However, you do need to compare the sales to the current sellers/buyers of the item. However, with such recent sales at 1.33 ref, I would personally wait a day or 2 to let new sales settle in, to see if 1.44 ref is really the true current low value of the Champ Stamp. You can also hop on over to the bp.tf discord server and ask some mods there about what they think as well.
