sales are at 15, 15, 15, 16, 20 with 20 being the oldest sale. 15 - 16 or 15 flat would be better here

Oh i see now, yes. While 15 is a common trade point, thats the only reason it needs to be included, did majority/every other mod also agree to exclude 20? Feels odd to me, by now means a big range, if 20 is in and considering buyers, a full range seems to be perfect.

Marketplace/mannco sales tend to be high due to taxes, but we don't always have other data points to compare them with and exclude them when necessary.

In this case there are at least four sales countering 20, which is kinda old as well.

Other sale: 15 keys match here as well, not sure if it's one of the sales mentioned above.
