That was a sale that I intentionally left out as there was a clean sale done as well my own (that duped beams no mercy was mine, traded it for the veil. Proof : https://i.imgur.com/FO8XVG2.png ).

The unusuals traded for that noh mercy had several out dated unusuals as well as one non-priced unusual, and to top it off there was one clean sale of the noh mercy as well as another sale of the same dupe I traded.

The veil was sold to a collector and the only other one hasn't moved for years, there is 2 clean beams Noh Mercy's for sale at the moment so to try and base it off of a nearly out-of-date sale of a dupe isn't really ideal.

Taking 1500 keys is the better option as it is unlikely the veil will move again any time soon.

Bumping for confirmation

The problem here is that that duped noh is most definitely going to be lower here. Even the clean one is getting sales at 100-200 keys lower than this. Flat out ignoring that sale here will overstate its value. It is then much better to check the outdated hats the noh sold for (as I read in the comment here) to get a value estimate for it, and use that to give this a range.

All of these were updated fairly recently, with 2 notes:

* Arcana CM used this sale, where it uses the veil value at 1000. Not using that sale on the suggestion leaves a sale at 650 which is your mini here.

** genus blast had a mini at the time at around 120
