Just going to comment Foamy's advice for everyone:

Could either conservatively update now or wait for a stable market. Seeing as a raise may be warranted Im okay with the former, as opposed to the taunt example mentioned before (where there was no current price). 51-56 would then be okay

47 is not the most reliable sale; 41 would be excluded at that time already
