Also, what did you sell it for? Depending on what you sold it for I'm considering just using the pure sales here, but then again the pure sales are the oldest.

I believe it was 92 keys + GE california cap + bubbling fried batter. (sold cali cap for 36 and batter for 7 keys) so that's 135

Alright so based on resale values the 92 + cali + batter sale is ~135, supports the range

the CK sale will be ~140 so that also supports the range here
