3rd times a charm sorry for miss counting keys and all!
Very big range but its only 2 sales on it recently and other 2 havent moved in years.
unfortunately the range is way too wide for this to pass (the high end is 3 times bigger than the low end). Since there's not enough data to exclude any of the two sales, you'll need to wait for a third sale to determine the outlier
