I think this sale is an outlier. Looking at previous sales (outdated but still worth taking into account), there are 5 sales from February - April ranging from $200 to $260, which are in the 80-100 key range. If this sale was much further away from these sales I could be convinced this is fine (since it is technically the only indate sale) but as is only about a month and a half from the other sales, I would wait for more sales before repricing this.
