I feel like given the physical sale at 9k you provided and similar sellers on classifieds, the 14k sales from marketplace seem pretty high and might be worth excluding.

Thank you Vege for the information but it seems like these trade are untraceable? I've tried to track down to see how much they have sold it for and I couldn't find anything. That's the reason why I'm using the most traceable recent sales from the past two months.

14 is going to be high now and it looks like 9 is slightly low now with buy-orders at 9.5 keys. might be better to wait for more on this and leave it unpriced for now
