with more recent sales / buy listings on SCM, I'd call .85 a low outlier. Haven't done the math, but I'd guess a lowend of 1 or 1.05 will be better

Sales seem to have increased significantly since the last suggestion, and form a nice range of 1.3-1.4 keys. SCM buyers up to 1.15k also counter older low sales.
