You can't have a range from one sale. Vince's purchase is ~30 Keys.
The Tree auction is too old to use and the compare links for the 24 sale don't show the 24 Keys, so that sale can't be used.

30 to 40 Keys would work as a range here using 20 for the non-Strange Tree.
