            I believe he flipped it at 165 and that was where I came up with the reported. I don't have a screenshot. Yes the prior listing was 160 which is why I got confirmation on the flip. I don't have a screen. I added him again but this was a while ago to dredge up. So plan of action is follow up with a screen but otherwise, suggestions? close? close enough?
