The guy that paid 40 sold it for no more than 30, and then it resold for 25 in hats (or less keys were spent on the cb and intead added to it for those two hats but I doubt that)

The sale at 40 should not be used as a high end here. Updating this before its price expires is probably not needed as the appropriate range here would likely be 25-30
