I think personally I would take 78-80, given the 70 sales are a little older and seem a little low compared to the other two. Also I'm not sure what to make of this (Yoink said one sold for 100k): https://imgur.com/a/6LYeHUz

Edit: I'm pretty sure the SCM sale is correct also (I'm confident no one spending that amount of money is that stupid) - you could probably put it as low bound and discard the 70 sales (which are more than 2 months old now).

He said, but the only recent one that sold before he owns it was RTHR but no proof that is concrete that he sold for 100 and anyways, given the sales, there isn't really anything counter them and I would say 100 is an outliner tbh if provided true.
