why is 68 being excluded here?

also, there seems to only be 28 keys as part of the degreaser sale not 32. given this, this would put that sale below buy-orders atm therefore 68 flat would be better here.

I cannot recall my rationale from two months ago for 69 vs 68. Is 1 key off going to throw out this effort? I no longer have premium so I do not know what a new suggestion would cover in sales.
