I've talked to two owners of the taunt and one was selling as low as 85 Keys and the other suggested nothing under 85 keys

That's not how suggestions work. Raising an item's price requires actual sales, not what people think it's worth.

Not to mention, there's an unsold at 89 keys for over 5 months so I doubt even 80 keys would be possible.
