I payed a pro ks grenade launcher which we price at 35 keys and 10 keys pure equaling 45 keys.

Might be hard to see but in the trade with the geezer that is a aussie nade launcher and a screenshot of me buying the aussie nade launcher.

I count 32 Keys and less than 0.5 Keys of Refined in the picture, so 42 still stands for the Geezer.
