going with 27-39, leaving out the strange sales

also worth noting that the 38-39 sales are $70 and the 40-42 are $80, they're only so close to each other because of varying key prices

i also think 39 could possibly be high since 32 and above are all marketplace sales, so if needed, a range like 27-32 could be possible to make this more accurate to a pure price instead of marketplace based
