So it seems like 200 may also be low

The rest seems to have been gambles of sorts. The question is now whether or not we want a resuggest here based on the new sales/market development. At first I was inclined to, but it actually seems like high and low may balance out here:

- The law sale will likely be ~300

- There's the sale at 250

- There's another sale for 245 most likely

If we exclude 200 and 350 we would then get a ~250-300 ish range which averages the same as this range, so this seems to end up being good enough
