Would this be a range with the last suggestion in date? Or not because the 300 sale would be out of date

The 300 sale was back in April, so that sale is around 4 months old at this point

If the mods think this is better off as a range I can resuggest as that but I felt that's a bit on the outdated side

this should be fine, a mod told me to go 500 flat on a similar suggestion

Yea, the market has changed a lot in that time and this sale was essentially a pure sale which, compared to the suggestion, gives us a real clear price
