If the B/O was at 75 wouldn’t the sale cap at that? Dunno why you’re taking a range on a single sale here :/

Edit: I just realised the taunt you mentioned is outdated - https://backpack.tf/stats/Unusual/Taunt%3A%20The%20Russian%20Arms%20Race/Tradable/Craftable/3008, so you will have to create a mini-suggestion for it (to figure out its value). To do this you must look at sales and not just buyers.
