looks like buyers are up to ~28 now

still, overcutting scripts in an empty market arent really saying much. A counter argument could be that at the time, unsolds at 25 were common and that obviously 39 is way too high. Might mean that it is best to wait for more sales in general, but this range is too lopsided.
