Not too keen on pricing with a double spell, given how many in existence.

However, most of the ones in existence haven't moved and the owners have either been inactive for months or have been active but not trading.

With buyers too well above the old price, I'm happy enough to accept this, mainly on the basis of the single-spelled sale with the support of the double.
