Since it has not sold for 14.5 in 13 days, I think it is reasonable to assume, that is too high.

The number of buyers suggest, that the price is at least 13.61. A conservative estimate would be 13.61-14, I think.

You need proof of sales at the price you are suggesting. Buyers and sellers alone can not be used to suggest a price.

Are you sure? I just read the rules. They state that: "Yes, we allow suggestions based on sellers under our current listed price and buyers above our listed price.". So I read it as not required, but recommended. I would include sales though, if I knew how to find those.

For unusuals worth more than 10 keys you should round to nearest key. 14 keys flat will be fine. And yeah, you need sales
