Taking 35 flat
What makes 20 a quicksell? Looks like it took ~6 days to sell, from that it doesn't seem like it is a qs.
Based off a conversation I had with the buyer in the second sale it sounded like the seller dumped it for pure.

I can't find any snapshots on Gladiator to confirm how long the listing was up for/how much it was for.
If you think that doesn't count as a quicksell I can resuggest with a range but I assumed based on my conversation with the buyer and the fact that it sold for almost half as much as the previous sale only a month prior that it would qualify as being a quicksell.
For all we know 35 could be a high outlier, there isn't enough data points. As far as the 20 sales goes, even if the buyer was looking for pure asap, they could still have been selling it at 20 for a while. There isn't any glad snapshots so we do have incomplete information here, but basically what I am trying to say is there is not enough information to call either sale an outlier, so a range is best here.
Alright, fair point. I'll reopen this as a range
