i mean if this was 200-244 it would make more sense considering his buyout had been 200 for a good while, even if it did sell for 244 later

the bulk sale had a buyout of 200, he had it listed for a rly long time before selling it in bulk, at which point it sold on marketplace for 244

if it was listed that long at 200 then 244 is probably too high. I'd simply leave this unpriced.
