You can't pull your range from nowhere. You cannot use too-old sales.

Removed the older ones from May, price stayed mostly the same either way

The two September sales are valid but the others to are too old.

There's also at least one sale missing:

Only seeing 19 keys on the seller's side but was listed for 30 and buy orders were for 22

Based on the history on the buyers side it look like it sold for 22 so your range would be 22-33 keys
