Fire fighter was recently price suggested at 175-190 with no contentions as of now

rounding down to consider 182 as the price of the unusual.

182 + 30 = 212 keys

The Fire Fighter suggestion was closed as it was deemed too high, so this will need a new suggestion once the Fire Fighter also gets a new suggestion.

In the absence of any usable traceable sales, taking 132 from the seller's price will be fine, since that's close enough to the probable sale at 135 Keys anyway. That would give a price of 162 Keys here.

That still doesn't make sense given my proof is from a month-2 months ago. Why would I price it on a recent change?
