The Whoopee has no sales, so that sale can be excluded for the Peak, but the Gatsby and One-Man Army will need to be looked into, as that sale will end up below your low end here.

Additionally, with all of the sellers below 1100, that sale looks to be too high here. Until the Gatsby/One-Man Army are looked into, this suggestion will need to be closed.
