I'm sorry to say I completely missed the fact that the TC had VFB. Because this is the case, it would require its own mini (its value is considered different from a KaW TC with no spell). However, the only two in-date sales for it are this one, and another which is untraceable.
Unless you could determine the other sale, it would be better to just take 110 flat here. Although admittedly the discrepancy between the two sales may deter mods from accepting this as a flat value.
Ah yeah I think this time I'll wait for a price moderator's opinion before I act. Thanks though. But I thought 110 flat would probably be better as well.
Sorry for the delayed response on this. As mentioned, the TC will need a mini since it is spelled. I havn't looked extensively for a good mini but there was a bot that likely sold it for 73

In addition, there are 10 keys added to the Peak in the TC sale, which would make the sale 10 keys lower. The buyer ended up dumped the TC to a bot, albeit a few months later.
With this in mind, plus the withstanding issue of the massive range, I would wait for a third sale here before re-pricing this. One of 63 or 110 is likely an outlier, we just don't have additional data to say which one.
Yeah no problem. The previous suggestion was kinda old so I kinda rushed the price suggestion (my bad). A third sale will definitely help the case. Closing the suggestion for now.
