(6 + 20 + 20) / 3 = 15.33 keys AVG Price of three sales

Typically seemed to be valued at 20 keys in the other trades.

Bot B/Os seem to auto-price this at 4 keys, not sure if that's valid for something like this.

This may also be a bit early to price, but hey, wanted to figure out what exactly this was worth. Any advice or corrections are greatly appreciated
