You know this one wont pass. Indeed this is the best example of a bad trade: people paying ridiculous high prices for a mid low tier effect on a hat that will be unboxable forever with that effect. With your suggestion, i remember this case:

It's probably still a bit high, but this is a full-head hat, which means it can be quick-switched glitched in to a misc. The effect is also themed to the hat. I see no problem with leaving this open for now.

There is no problem to let this suggestion opened. The problem is this kind of sales, support the hype related with new effects. This website focuses to register sales provided by community but also price accuracy in order to avoid price manipulation, shark tactics, etc.

And you said "a bit high" well i would say its extremely high. RafasDr needs at least 2 more sales here and he knows that.

The hat is 1/1 for now on bp and has buyers in classifieds for 235 keys and on scm for 560 USD for any effect. If you think 2x buyorders is a reasonable price, then if another gets unboxed and sells for around 500 keys, then 500-800 keys would be a reasonable range.

Wandering Wraith with Pumpkin Moon effect already have traded for 1500 keys also on scm current quick buy order is $615 and highest sale $1800.

Horns effects for me the best effects from Scream Fortress XIII Unusual effects and it is high tier effect. But ofc it just personally. But also need take to account about this hat planned use in combo.
