At the time of writing this there have only been 12 0.11 sales in the past 30 days, I don't think that is enough overwhelming evidence to support raising this above it's theoretical value, it's a random drop weapon after all. There are still 7 available on scrap.tf and 5 on stn. Whilst I agree there are 0.11, I don't think the evidence is overwhelming enough to make an exception here. This will be similar to the Dead Ringer suggestion https://backpack.tf/suggestion/6175fd3e801308714810e4aa which does have a few more than 12 sales at 0.11 in the last 30 days (it has 17) there are still plenty available at 0.05 and the evidence for 0.11 isn't overwhelming there either.
