I bought this hat on the community market for 87 dollars, or just over 49 keys.

Bot buy orders, which typically undercut by 5 keys, are sitting in the mid-43 key range. Sell orders sitting at 52 keys. These prices have been steady for nearly 6 months. On Marketplace there is one going for as high as 67 keys.
May is too old for a sale to be considered valid - anything within 2 to 3 months is considered a valid sale.
Additionally, you cannot include sell listings in a range if their prices are above any sales you have.

You can't have a range with one sale
I used the current classifieds to form a range. Is that regulated?
You can't use sellers as the high end without sales at their price
I see. Wouldn't my purchase at that range legitimize these sellers?
As an addendum I would like to account for inflation, as the current price is 3 years old.
